Team moves very boring. Can become very comfortable and stagnate career growth if conceited. Director doesn't help much in guidance for career goals/paths. Depression pay

Really not that many. At that place is no hereafter and constant turnover. Even if you lot stay with it and work difficult, eventually yous get laid off.

Then much turn over you never know what your trying to accomplish. They keep cutting pay and tell you lot " we aren't going to pay you less, we are going to pay you differently". It was less. Over the 14yrs I worked at that place, every twelvemonth I made less and less.

Non necessarily a con, but a current challenge. Our industry is exploding, driven primarily past digitization, and nosotros must continue to evolve our operating practices to continue pace. This is a peachy problem to have.
